The main objective of the project is to assist network affiliates in providing practical and effective training and educational services to informal sector entrepreneurs, using improved training technologies, more propriate and relevant to the clients' day-to-day needs. The project activities will be carried out in two phases and will focus on the following four areas: (i)business management training;(ii) technical skills training; (iii) human and organizational development education processes; and (iv) specialized rural educational and training programs.
