Youth Training Initiatives

The Program tests and evaluates a series of strategies, methodologies, and procedures to help young people enter the labor market, either as employees or through the creation of micro- or small enterprises. Through public competition and the submission of bids, NGOs presented projects designed to set up short-term, temporary contracts for youth that had completed the training, with the companies paying the cost of salaries and benefits while the Program covered selection and support expenses.
