Alternate Systems Conflicts Resolution
This project consists of establishing alternative resolution of commercial conflicts methods in order to promote private investment in Costa Rica. Information will be distributed to the Chamber of Commerce, as well as to those private sector groups and businesses who are interested in establishing mediation and arbitration centers in the country. Also, this program will help establish the first mediation and arbitration center in Costa Rica in which the Chamber of Commerce will direct activities, such as those pertaining to Human Resources.
