Institutional Strengthening to Carosai
THE PROJECT WILL CONSIST OF TWO SUBPROGRAMS. SUBPROGRAM I WILL PROVIDE TRAINING TO MEMBERS OF SAI'S IN THE CARIBBEAN REGION. THE TRAINING WILL BE ORGANISED BY THE IDI AND WILL CONSIST OF FOUR WORKSHOPS DELIVERED OVER THREE YEARS. SUBPROGRAM II WILL DEVELOP THE PLANS FOR A PERMANENT EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM.
