Preparation Action Plan for the Privatization of Agro-Industries

The objective of the Technical Cooperation Project (TC) is to support the GOS in preparing an Action Plan for the Privatization (APP) of four parastatal agro-industries and to define the best strategy to transfer these entities to the private sector. Specifically, the TC will complete the necessary legal, financial, environmental, institutional, and technical studies required to complete the privatization process.
