Development of Business Networks in Garment-Making and Tourism Clusters
The general objective of the project is to help the cluster of small tourism enterprises in Cuzco, and those of the garment-making sector in Gamarra, to become more competitive. The specific objective is to create cooperative business networks capable of strengthening the dynamics for collective efficiency within each cluster, and to optimize market access for member enterprises.
