Studies for the Preparation and Start-Up of National Housing Program
The general objective is to undertake a detailed study of demand and supply in Colombia's urban market for social (lower income) housing, and develop new financing policies and instruments to increase the supply of housing and credit for lower income households. An important by-product of the study will be to gather baseline information for the program monitoring and evaluation system of the National Housing Program (CO0241) currently being formulated for Bank financing.
