Support for Poverty Assessment and Reduction in Caribbean Countries
The TC will improve capabilities of the national statistical offices in the Anglophone Caribbean countries to collect, analyze, and produce timely, relevant and high quality statistical information, implement household surveys and perform poverty and social policy analysis. The main components of the TC are: (i) strengthening survey design and implementation; (ii) promoting wider use of survey results and dissemination to support the Poverty Reduction Strategy; and (iii) building capacity for poverty measurement and social policy analysis.
