The project will consist of the following three components: (i) support for a regulatory and legal framework conducive to capital market development; (ii) training and advisory services to enable SMEs to receive more favorable financing terms and, in particular, obtain direct investments through diversification of capital ownership; and (iii) expansion of risk investment fund management capacity.
