Institutional Strengthening for Local Development
The TC will finance activities to prepare the Regional Funds for Local Development project (DR 153). These activities will include (i) a logical framework exercise; (ii) a study on the technical assistance and training needs of local governments, civil society organizations and communities; (iii) an evaluation of training programs for local actors and development of a training strategy; and (iv) an analysis of the institutional framework for local development.
