Corporate Restructuring of ISSSTE
This technical cooperation will assist ISSSTE in its initial plans for a program of institutional reform. The program is designed to finance studies, focussing on corporate reorganization and changes to be made in the heath care funds. The reform of ISSSTE has been necessiated by financial shortfalls in its principal operating divisions, and the wide range of services provided with varying levels of efficiency and consumer satisfaction. The technical cooperation is linked to two lending programs, ME-0246 (Preparation for Reform of ISSSTE; a reimbursable TC) and ME-0245 (Programa Reforma ISSSTE; an investment loan).
