Financial Sector Strengthening
The project has two objectives: (i) to improve the quality of information (on borrowers) in the financial sector in terms of quality and transparency and to improve the collection and disemination of this information to its primary users e.g. financial institutions, central bank etc and (ii) to continue to strengthen the legal and supervisory framework of non-bank financial institutions by training both the public and private sector participants on sound practices.
