Institutional Streng.banco Solidario S.a
The main objective is to build up the institutional capacity of Banco Solidario to enable it to focus and mass market its supply of credit for microenterprises through the Cuenta Solidaria - La Chauchera account, serving an ever-growing number of microentrepreneurs and improving its operating efficiency. The specific objectives are to: (i) reengineer processes and technology systems to make it viable for Banco Solidario to concentrate more on the microentrepreneurial sector, mainly through the electronic purse account; (ii) educate staff and suppliers with a view to improving the quality of service and client retention for the electronic purse and other products; and (iii) support the investments needed to launch the electronic purse on a mass, efficient, and profitable scale.
