Labor Market Intermediation Services
The general objective of this project is to improve the efficiency of the labour market in El Salvador and increase human resources for the private sector. Private firms in El Salvador often encounter serious difficulties in locating qualified workers in a cost effective fashion. As a pilot initiative, the project will introduce an intermediation service to assist the private sector to connect with skilled personnel in a more cost effective manner for both the company and workers.
