Support for Quality Execution for Skills for Growth and CAIQES in Suriname

The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture (MOESC) to implement SU-L1059 and SU-L1072 and inform the design of future programs. The specific objectives are: (i) to support the implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) readiness strategies and Education Management Information System (EMIS) implementation; (ii) to strengthen the relevance of TVET and skills development offerings in alignment with labor market needs; and (iii) to deepen the understanding of structural challenges affecting teacher conditions and student retention in secondary education.
