This Technical Cooperation (TC) aims to strengthen the institutional capacities of the Vice-Presidency and the Competitiveness Unit of Suriname (CUS) in their new role of leadership and coordination of structural reforms, requiring intense coordination of different actors involved (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Agriculture, among others) that have no tradition or established practice of interaction and coordination. The communication and diffusion of the expected results will require special efforts to foster consensus reaching.
