The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to assist the GoS to structure and design the loan operation Environmental and Forestry Program "SU-L1017". This TC has three components: (i) structuring and designing of the main components of the loan, (ii) evaluation of the Economic and Financial Viability of the Program, and (iii) development of the execution mechanism of the Program.
