The general objective of this Program is to provide a forum for the sharing of strategies and practices which are being developed and applied in both urban and rural areas, to assist microenterprises overcome new and existing challenges in an increasingly demanding environment, and to expand the services to include microenterprises that are poor, marginalized, or operate in smaller local communities.
