To prepare the Full GEF Program for the Integration Ecosystem Management in the Gulf of Fonseca, aimed at implementing a regional cooperative framework for the management of the Gulf of Fonseca. The following activities will be carried ouat during project preparation: (1) transboundary diagnostic analysis (TDA); (2) legal and institucional assessment; (3) stakeholder consultations and outreach; (4) project design and formulation of the Full GEF Project.
