Improving Forest Investment Attractiveness at Sub-national Level
The general objective of this operation is to create and apply tools that can assist the improvement of sub-national geopolitical units (SNU, provinces, states) level conditions for successful forest-based investments by developing (i) an index that measures the business climates for foreign or domestic investments at sub-national units; and (ii) strategies and instruments to improve such climates.
