Promotion of Industrial Cooperatives in Costa Rica and Mexico
The general objective of this consultancy is to analyze the best practices and lessons learned in the creation and promotion of industrial cooperatives in Costa Rica and Mexico. The specific objectives of this consultancy are: (i) analyze the conditions in which industrial cooperatives in Costa Rica and Mexico operate in order to identify the conditions and activities that would serve as a stimulus for the development of this type of initiative in this industrial sector and design at least one MIF pilot project of the promotion of industrial cooperatives and (ii) identify the relevant actors in the industrial corporatism in Costa Rica and Mexico and prepare a short list with the corresponding individual evaluation of those actors the could execute and/or collaborate in the MIF pilot projects.
