Strengthening and Development of Family-Owned Businesses in Guatemala & Jamaica

The general objective of this consultancy is to analyze the mayor problems of family own-businesses in Guatemala and Jamaica, identify the best international practices and recommend solutions. The specific objective is to identify MIF pilot projects that define the lines of action that will allow the professionalization of the management, facilitate the succession through a family protocol and improve the access to finances for family-owned businesses in these two countries.
