Private Financing of Human Capital
The general objective of this consultancy is to analyze the best international practices of private financing of human capital, as well a identifying those possible initiatives that are developing in LAC. The specific objective is to identify up to three pilot projects of private financing of human capital in which MIF could support. Such pilot projects consist of the acceleration and impulse to existing initiative in LAC, as wells as the transfer of best international practices. Each pilot project identified should go along with a partner willing to collaborate with MIF and developed in a eligible country of LAC where the conditions to develop the possible projects about the topic exist.
