Technical Analysis and Evaluation of ICEX Fund

The objective of the study is to evaluate if the Spanish Fund for Consultants (ICEX) fulfills the aims for which it was established: to support to the Bank in the preparation of loan operations; to support Spanish consulting and engineering companies to know in the surroundings of the Bank and to transmit its knowledge; to facilitate its penetration in the Latin American market.
