Pan-American Maritime Highway

The objective of the proposed Technical Cooperation ("TC") is to study the feasibility for Pan-American Maritime Highway Project ("PAMH", or the "Project") develop technical and commercial terms and conditions necessary for successful implementation of such projects providing road traffic and passengers transporting vessels (one "Main RoPax Vessel" and two "Feeder RoPax vessels") connecting the United States of America ("USA"), to Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica (in which the average GDP per capita of the borrowing countries in the project is US$2,112). The TC will explore if the proper economic and market conditions exist, to allow the Project to meet its implementation goals and objectives of acquiring debt and equity.
