General: To promote and facilitate the design, adoption, implementation, and consensus-based evaluation of strategic policies, plans, and programs for indigenous development Specific Objectives: · To facilitate and support the creation and/or consolidation of permanent mechanisms for dialogue and consensus-building among the indigenous organizations, government agencies, and international cooperation agencies in Argentina, Brazil, Belize, El Salvador, Peru, and Venezuela. · To support the definition of consensus-based agendas and priority actions in the beneficiary countries.
