Implementation of the Central American Access Initiative
The general objective of this technical cooperation program is to extend the Access Initiative to include Central America, through the strengthening and creation of national consortia in the countries of that area, with the aim of carrying out and evaluating the degree that the Principle 10 of the Río Declaration has been implemented, and in accordance with the results achieved, elaborate proposals to improve access to information, participation and justice in environmental decision-making for each country.
