The overall objective of the SIP is to improve the effectiveness and impact of poverty reduction operations in the 4 poorest countries of Central America: Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua. The specific objective is to identify and develop activities at the project, program and policy level by means of innovative joint collaborative efforts between Sida and IDB.
