Expanding the Rental Housing Market in LAC
The main objective of this KCP is to provide policy advice to government authorities in support to the development of rental housing market for low-income households in LAC countries. In addition, the KCP seeks to advance the Bank's knowledge of the rental housing market in the region and to incorporate this knowledge in its operations, thereby complementing the Bank¿s current housing and urban development strategy.
