Project Status: Implementation
The proposed G-20 SME Facility entails financing up to US$200 million to be used for (i) the global SME Facility (¿SMEF¿) and/or (ii) directly to other Financial Intermediaries' for SME financing. The SMEF will support the G-20 SME Finance Challenge and the SME financiers in the Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) region, as part of the global efforts to expand and downscale financial services and products to SMEs.
