Design and operationalize a COSAVE Regional System for Information, Capacity Building, and Communication for the prevention of and coordinated response to fruit flies. The system will be jointly developed with and used by the National Plant Protection Organizations (NPPOs) of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.
