The objective of this TC is to strengthen regional digital integration in the Caribbean by improving the planning, coordination, and preparation of investments in resilient digital infrastructure. The specific objectives are to: (i) develop a Regional Digital Infrastructure Plan for the Caribbean and identify and address barriers to interconnected regional digital infrastructure; (ii) prepare pre-investment studies for priority regional connectivity and data infrastructure initiatives; and (iii) assess opportunities to strengthen regional data infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabling capabilities through enhanced cooperation, governance, and investment planning.
