Connected States: Promoting Interoperability, Digital Governance, and Institutional Capacity in Latin America and the Caribbean

The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) initiative is to strengthen digital governance in Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries by promoting clear and structured governance frameworks that help eliminate barriers, consolidate institutional progress, and foster interoperability among different public agencies. This objective will be achieved through: i) promoting national and cross-border interoperability, ii) improving governance and management capacities for digital transformation, and iii) comprehensively modernizing digital public services.
