The objective of this project is to create a permanent and self-sustaining regional infrastructure that transforms universities into effective Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) and systematically connects university talent with markets, capital, and cross-border opportunities, generating high-impact technology ventures that address productivity and employment challenges across six countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic).
