Alliance for Security, Justice, and Development – Technical Secretariat
The overall objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Alliance's members to address challenges in the citizen security sector through the generation, systematization, and dissemination of knowledge on violence and crime in the region. To this end, the TC will strengthen the technical, operational, and administrative capacities of the Alliance's Technical Secretariat to support the implementation of the 2026 Annual Operational Plan, including its governance processes, the development and delivery of knowledge- based products under each of its pillars, and the corresponding dissemination efforts.
