Strengthen the Public Employment Services Network (SEALC Network) to Support Labor Markets Resilience

The Technical Cooperation (TC) project aims to strengthen Public Employment Services (PES) in participating IDB borrowing countries to support labor market insertion, with a particular emphasis on improving their responsiveness to shocks. The specific objectives are: (i) support the improvement of PES through technical assistance; and (ii) generate and disseminate technical and operational knowledge on the capacity of PES to respond to shocks, as well as on good practices across the region.
