Strengthening Water and Sanitation Operators’ management to Improve Infrastructure Sustainability
The general objective of this technical cooperation is to contribute to improved management of public W&S operators across LAC to improve the sustainability, resilience, and effectiveness of infrastructure investments. The specific objectives are: (i) to develop a practical, evidence-based methodology for identifying, prioritizing, designing, and monitoring strategic actions to improve the management of water and sanitation (W&S) utilities; and (ii) to promote the adoption and application of this methodology among utilities and sector stakeholders through targeted dissemination, capacity building, and knowledge products.
