To provide demand-driven technical assistance to SMEs and other private-sector entities in the CCRF eligible countries within the OECS to structure, finance, and implement climate-resilient and adaptation-linked investments. The TC will strengthen investment readiness, project bankability, operational efficiency, climate resilience, decarbonization, gender equality and inclusion, and impact measurement for enterprises and projects seeking financing from the Caribbean Community Resilience Fund (CCRF), IDB Invest, CDB, or other public and private sources of capital.
