Supporting the Caribbean regional energy framework

The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the strengthening of the regional energy framework in ONE Caribbean countries. The specific objectives are to (i) contribute to an updated regional energy policy, a regional energy integration study, and compilation of supporting energy instruments and technical specifications; and (ii) support regional energy dialogues.
