Support the governments of beneficiary countries in strengthening climate resilience in the energy and transport sectors by: (i) evaluating the vulnerability of power and transport infrastructure; (ii) fostering regional dialogue and coordination among energy stakeholders; and (iii) preparing a financial facility to enable the comprehensive recovery of infrastructure affected by natural disasters, including climate-related events.
