Integrated Freight Logistics Networks in the Caribbean Region

To strengthen the efficiency of regional passenger and freight logistics-especially for time and temperature sensitive supply chains-by establishing shared data foundations, producing comparable country outlooks and pre-feasibility screens that catalyze investment in freight logistics upgrades. The specific objectives are to: (1) Establish a harmonized regional freight data foundation to generate comparable indicators that inform regulatory modernization and investment decisions; (2) Deliver comparable country diagnostics and advance investment readiness to prioritize actions for landside upgrades; and (3) support regional ferry initiatives to support regional integration.
