The objective of this TC is to support the design and implementation of Growth Delivery Plans. These Plans are practical, action-oriented blueprints for reform and investment aimed at unlocking private sector–led economic growth. Grounded in robust diagnostics and developed in partnership with national governments, they constitute a coordinated package of targeted reforms and priority sector opportunities, drawing on the full suite of IDB Group instruments, with the goal of boosting productivity and economic growth.
