Skills Strategy for the Caribbean
Develop and disseminate, jointly with the OCDE, a comprehensive regional skills strategy that offers a clear path to higher productivity, broader social inclusion, and sustainable growth for the Caribbean countries. This strategy will help governments and stakeholders develop a common, data-driven diagnosis of their skills challenges, identify priority reforms, and design collaborative mechanisms that support inclusive recovery, digital and green transitions, and long-term resilience.
