Civil Society Participation and Inclusion in the Sustainable Development of the Amazon
The objective of this TC is to identify solutions for the conservation, bioeconomy, and sustainable development of the Amazon based on the knowledge of indigenous peoples, Afro-descendants, traditional communities, and other key civil society stakeholders, and aligned with the Amazon Bioeconomy Fund and the Amazon Forever Program. The specific objectives are the participatory co-creation of effective solutions for conservation, bioeconomy, and sustainable development; and the strategic dissemination of this knowledge in international decision-making forums such as COP30 or similar.
