The general objective of this technical cooperation is to generate evidence-based knowledge and practical recommendations that enhance operational performance and effectiveness in contexts affected by Fragility, Conflict, and Criminal Violence (FCCV). The specific objectives are i) to identify the effects of FCCV on the performance and effectiveness of Bank-financed operations, and ii) to identify good practices in the design, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of projects in FCCV contexts.
