The general objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to enhance the capacities of public and fiscal management policymakers in Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries by developing and applying a set of indicators that enable the comparative assessment of relative performance across countries and against member states of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), contributing to the strengthen of public institutions.
