Building Capacity for Human Resources Management Advanced Functions in LAC from the Korean Experience

The general objective of this technical cooperation (TC) project is to contribute to improve LAC countries' policy implementation and service delivery to citizens by strengthening their civil service through implementation of HRM advanced functions. To do so, the specific objectives of the project are to: (i) strengthen select LAC countries' civil service management and performance through HRM advanced functions such as HR planning and salary management, HR performance management and government policy priorities, senior civil servants' management system, and talent management; and (ii) exchange knowledge on best practices in HRM advanced functions.
