Support for the process of physical and commercial integration between Guatemala and Belize

The objective is to support the process of physical and commercial integration between Guatemala and Belize through the development of technical studies with climate change resilience criteria necessary to: (i) enable a road connection from southern Belize to the Pacific Corridor, in the adjacency zone between the countries; (ii) install an adjacency control center at the border crossing and; (iii) develop complementary studies to advance with the consolidation of the integration process by evaluating integration schemes, coordinated border management and financing for the development and maintenance of infrastructure through public-private collaboration models.
