Resiliency of Power Infrastructure and Response Preparedness for Energy Service Restoration
The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support The Bahamas, Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, and Belize to adopt climate resiliency measures in the energy sector. Specifically, the TC aims to: (i) ensure that climate resiliency is addressed in planning and design of new power infrastructure, (ii) strengthen energy sector response strategies and action plans in the aftermath of natural disaster, and (iii) promote the development and adoption of harmonized energy standards.
