Executive Round Tables for Policy Reform in the Caribbean

The objective of this TC is to strengthen the capacities of the governments in public-private dialogue at the sectoral level by developing a pilot of executive round table for addressing legal, regulatory, and institutional bottlenecks for sustainable private sector development growth in the Caribbean in strategic sectors in three countries in the region, Jamaica and Suriname. The specific objectives are to: (i) increase coordination measures between public and private sectors for promoting strategic sectors; (ii) develop a methodology to map areas of intervention and/or reform in strategic sectors under a sustainability framework; and (iii) to create and implement executive roundtables for strategic sectors with high growth potential.
